Michelle Grawe
Director of Family Support Services
Michelle Grawe brings extensive experience in project management, research administration, and developing systems and processes that help organizations work effectively.
Before joining End It For Good, she served as a Senior Project Manager in Mississippi State University’s Office of Research and Economic Development, where she helped build and manage the systems, partnerships, and performance measures that enable Mississippi researchers to discover, share, and maximize research resources through the Mississippi Research Alliance.
She previously spent more than a decade at Iowa State University managing labs and coordinating safety and equipment training for faculty, students, and multiple departments.
Michelle is joining End It For Good as Director of Family Support Services, where she will develop and lead programming designed to support families affected by addiction. Her passion for this work comes from lived experience through friends and family, giving her a personal understanding of the ways addiction can affect not only individuals, but the people who love them.
Michelle is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration at Mississippi State University. In her free time, she loves to golf with her husband of 29 years and spend time with her four grown children and extended family. She also enjoys attending MSU sporting events, especially women’s basketball.
