Please join us for a listening session hosted by James Moore, End It For Good, and the Gulf States Newsroom to hear from folks affected by the opioid crisis.
Dinner is provided and families are welcome!
At the listening session we’d love to hear your stories, opinions and questions. We’ll also share information about the current state of Mississippi’s opioid settlement money – and the decisions about how it will be spent. Too often, lived experience is missing from the conversation. Your perspective matters and should help drive policy decisions. The Mississippi legislature is deciding how to spend opioid settlement money right now. Your stories and the reporting they inform drive those decisions.
