Interested in Attending our March 27th Curious For Good Event?

Curious For Good is a welcoming space for thoughtful conversations about better approaches to drugs and addiction. Our Jackson Chapter is led by Christi Berrong-Barber, a passionate advocate and founder of The Molly Angel Project, which provides life-saving resources like Narcan and harm reduction training. Christi brings her personal experience as a mother navigating her son’s addiction to create a space of understanding, support, and hope.

Our next Curious For Good Jackson Chapter event features Laurie MacDougall, a dedicated recovery advocate and Certified Family Peer Specialist. Laurie will introduce attendees to Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), an evidence-based approach that helps families support loved ones struggling with substance use. She’ll also share insights on REST, a virtual education and support program offering three weekly Zoom-based meetings for families. This is a great opportunity to learn practical tools for fostering positive change, encouraging treatment engagement, and building a compassionate support network. Sign up to join us!

📅 When: March 27th, 6 PM
📍 Where: St. James’s Episcopal Church, Jackson, MS
